In addition to traveling with groups to power places, I have been practicing healing ( as well as teaching it in trainings) with frequencies, energy, sound, crystals and colors for over 30 years. For years I have been concerned about the serious side effects on children and adults from EMF, WiFi, smart phones, injections, poisoned foods and drinks.
I also see many who are mentally confused, emotionally a wreck and feel they have lost their orientation. Staying physically and mentally healthy and fit is at all times, but certainly a MUST today. Lately it is almost a miracle to meet a person who is physically, spiritually, emotionally and also mentally fit!
The cosmos is moving on, so is time, the cycles are moving according to their own plan and you can feel high energy flows entering our earth energy field. It feels like the years 2023 and 2024 will finally provide us with the courage to break through barriers together.
